About the app

Body Check is a personal health-tracking tool. It lets you record how you feel on a visual body map, keep a health diary, take self-check tests, and prepare a summary to share with your doctor.

Body Check is not a medical device. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, prevent, or monitor any disease or medical condition, and it does not provide medical advice. The “Doctor Summary” feature simply gathers your own notes into a single text so you can copy and share it — it is not a medical assessment and contains no automated diagnosis. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical decisions.

Free and Premium

Core features are free. Additional features are unlocked with a Body Check Premium subscription.

Subscriptions, billing and cancellation

Premium is sold as an auto-renewing subscription billed through the app store you downloaded Body Check from. The price and billing period shown in that store at the time of purchase apply.

• Your subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You manage and cancel the subscription in your app store account settings — not inside the app.
• Refunds are handled by the app store under its own policy.

If your subscription lapses, your Premium content is never deleted. You keep full read access — you can still view, copy, and delete everything you created — but creating new Premium content and using Premium-only export requires an active subscription. Free features are unaffected.

Your data is yours

You remain the sole owner of everything you enter. We claim no rights over your health data and never receive it.

You can export all of your data to a file at any time from the app’s menu. To delete your data, remove the app from your device and, if you created a backup, delete it from your Google Drive.

Analytics and consent

Usage analytics are collected only after you explicitly opt in at first launch, and you can withdraw your consent at any time in the app’s Settings. Crash reports are anonymous and contain no health data. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

You agree to use the app only for your own personal, non-commercial purposes and in line with applicable law. You must not:

• copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or redistribute the app or its components;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to any systems or to another person’s data;
• use the app to provide medical services to other people.

Intellectual property

All rights in the app — including its design, content, and features — belong to the developer of Body Check. Using the app grants you a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use it, and no other rights.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The app is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer is not liable for:

• any health or medical decision made based on information in the app;
• loss of data resulting from a device fault, a deleted backup, or a technical failure;
• indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Body Check is intended for personal use by people aged 16 and over. You use the app at your own discretion and remain responsible for your own health decisions. Checks, results, body-part information and care ideas are general information and are not advice about you.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any rights you have under mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence, including EU consumer law.

Governing law

Body Check is provided by AquiLink, an independent software studio run by Igor Serdiukov, registered in Portugal (NIF 311241190) at Rua Cardoso Marta, n.º 18, 2.º Esq., 3080-012 Figueira da Foz, Portugal.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence.

Changes to these Terms

If we make material changes, we will notify you in the app and update the effective date above. Continuing to use the app after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.
